I am a builder of systems, spaces, and futures.

My name is Angela Kenyatta. I am the founder of Strategic Change Solutions, a professional services firm focused on large-scale systemic change. I am also a writer and the creative director of Château Blue Atelier, a global atelier of fine textiles. My work spans systemic change, writing, and the curation of artisanal crafts.

I love good music, deep laughter, arthouse films, expansive travel, and rich experiences that linger long after the moments end.

I’m based in the United States, although I can often be found in the window seat of an airplane…on the lookout for pineapple purple skies.

The common thread woven through the different expressions of my work is transformation. From reshaping institutions and systems to living more purposefully to cultivating beauty, craft, and material culture with intention, my work is focused on bringing future states into lived experience. It asks us to release practices that no longer serve us, and to restore presence, care, and meaning through both impactful change and intentional stewardship. It invites us to embody our power as builders, shapers, and responsible stewards of what comes next.

I am deeply grateful for the work I’ve been purposed to do.

Founder

As Founder, I work at the intersection of strategy, systems, and human experience. I partner with public, private, and social-sector leaders to reimagine how institutions operate and how change is carried forward with integrity. My work centers on making complexity navigable, aligning vision with execution, and bringing future-state possibilities into lived practice. I am deeply committed to approaches that honor both rigor and humanity, and to building structures that endure because they are rooted in purpose, accountability, and care.

Writer

Writing is one of my earliest and most enduring practices. I write reflectively, professionally, and as a way of shaping thought and inquiry across my work. I am the author of a book on purposeful living and am currently writing another on systemic change. While my writing has long lived alongside my work, I have now created a space to share it more publicly. For those interested in reading along, my writing lives here:

Creative Director

As Creative Director, I cultivate work rooted in beauty, material culture, and craft. This practice is grounded in reverence for artisanal traditions and guided by a global sensibility, thoughtful curation, and care. Château Blue Atelier is the portal through which my design, sourcing, and creative stewardship are shared. Through this work, I explore how objects, spaces, and materials can carry meaning, invite presence, and shape the way we live.

Today, I work with leading public, private, and social-sector clients to navigate change and shape more radiant futures. I speak at conferences and gatherings where changemakers come together to share ideas and expand what’s possible. I travel the world to curate artisanal crafts while building relationships with their creators. I am currently writing a book on the paradox and promise of systemic change.

Thanx for stopping by.
